Why now
Wholesalers work where the network is poor or absent: warehouses, delivery rounds, price checks in stores. Classic ERPs assume a permanent connection and an IT department. A three-to-five-person business has neither.

- Catalog and pricing
Products, families, barcode scanning, customers and suppliers, per-customer and multi-currency pricing.
- Sales and purchasing
Orders, delivery notes, returns and credit notes, supplier invoice control with tolerances.
- Multi-warehouse inventory
Movements, transfers, stock counts, weighted average cost. Every movement is recorded for good; the balance derives from it, never the other way round.
- Electronic invoicing
Factur-X / EN 16931, PDF/A-3, hash-based audit trail, submission to the platform from the device.
- Delivery rounds
The day's route, proof of delivery with photo and customer signature.
- Sync and backup
Several devices, end-to-end encrypted data the server cannot read; backup to your own Google Drive.
Roadmap
- Since April 2026: the product
Complete Android client, multi-device sync, e-invoicing. No customer in production yet: we are looking for our first pilot wholesalers.
- Next: the assistants
Supplier invoice control from a photo, and plain-language questions about your business, answered from your own data.
- Then: steering
Replenishment proposals, consumption forecasting, stock-out detection, assortment management. Always suggestions; you validate.
- Further: web, iPhone, English-speaking markets
Same code base, same data; an English edition with Peppol where it applies.
Why I am building this
I have spent years running management systems for retail and distribution. The wholesalers I know manage hundreds of products with a notebook, a spreadsheet and a lot of memory, because existing tools do not survive a warehouse without a network. MonTiBoutik is the tool I wish I could have given them: complete, offline first, and ready for 2026.
